 (Purchase COVID-19 Testing Service Button)

How the process will work if you purchase PCR Appointment Service:

  1. Upon arrival at your destination, you will have to email trawick@inherentrisks.com to inform us that you have arrived safely and of your location so that a testing appointment can be made at the closest available facility to you.
  2. You will then receive an email from us that provides a scheduled appointment time and address for your PCR Test. This appointment is within 72-hours of your return flight to the United States. Please do not miss the appointment that is arranged for you. Failure to attend the appointment will mean that you are not able to get the PCR Test to board your return flight.
  3. You will need to pay for the PCR Test and Certificate at the appointment upon arrival.
  4. Your PCR Test Certificate will then be emailed to you before your return flight.
  5. Upon arriving at the airport, for your departure flight, you will need to show your NEGATIVE PCR test certificate to airline staff when checking in for your flight to start your journey back into the United States.
  6. If your test result is POSITIVE, you will NOT be allowed to board your flight.  You must inform us of this immediately.  The airline will notify you of options regarding your return flights.  You will likely be ordered to self-isolate for a period of up to 14-days in the country you are currently staying in.  Trawick International Customers can claim additional accommodation expenses, transportation expenses and other reasonable expenses incurred under your Trawick International Plan.   Coverage is available for Trip Delay up to the maximum listed.  For Non-customers – please check with your travel policy for benefits available to you.  If you are symptomatic (showing symptoms) and need medical treatment, you can claim these medical expenses.  Depending on the plan selected, you could be eligible for primary or excess medical coverage.  For Non-customers – please check with your travel policy for benefits available to you.
  7. At the end of the isolation period, you will need to arrange a new PCR Test to show that you are Negative before being allowed to board your flight. To do this, as before, please email trawick@inherentrisks.com - If you used the Guaranteed PCR Test Appointment  - we will send your test certificate before your flight back to the United States.
